Cincinnati at BYU, 8:00 PM, ESPN, Friday night
West Virginia at #2 Baylor, 12Noon, FOX (a Mountaineer fan now and always)
#17 Iowa at #20 Northwestern, 12Noon, ABC or ESPN2 (depends on your televised region) Go Hawkeyes!
Louisville at #11 Florida State, 12Noon, ESPN
#10 Alabama at #9 Texas A&M, 3:30 PM, CBS (should be an outstanding game - an Aggie fan, I am)
#7 Michigan State at #12 Michigan, 3:30 PM, ESPN (this should be a great game, especially for Big Ten fans, and the Wolverines, at home, may upset the Spartans)
#8 Florida at #6 LSU, 7:00 PM, ESPN (Gators on the upsurge but still & always a Tiger fan, and its at home)

While the Ohio State Buckeyes did not make the Big Ten championship game nor will they be playing in the Final Four, there are some outstanding games on tap this weekend, December 5, 2015:
at 4:00 PM EST on CBS is the SEC championship game from Atlanta, Georgia pitting #2 Alabama vs. #18 Florida
at 7:45 PM EST on ESPN is the PAC-10 championship game from Santa Clara, California pitting #7 Stanford vs. #20 USC
at 8:00 PM EST on FOX is the Big Ten championship game from Indianapolis, Indiana pitting #4 Iowa vs. #5 Michigan State
at 8:00 PM EST on ABC is the ACC championship game from Charlotte, North Carolina pitting #1 Clemson vs. #10 North Carolina

#3 ranked Oklahoma is a member of the Big 12 Conference which, as yet, does not have a conference championship game. Oklahoma will be one of the four teams in the BCS Championship Title games.

Well, it's Autumn in the USA and that means college football has returned to bless our Saturdays with lots of good cheer, great excitement, and hopefully fantastic football! Last Saturday, the first weekend, was no exception kicking off the 2016 season. Alabama showed all of us why they are No. 1 with an impressive rout of a good USC football team. The Texas Longhorns, before a record crowd at Darrell K. Royal Stadium of more than 112,000 roaring people, impressed all of us football fans defeating Notre Dame in triple overtime.
